He has also spent more than three decades as a coach, adviser, friend, mentor, and creative spark plug to founders, CEO’s, celebrities, royalty, and those who are up to something in the world. His global client base is wide and diverse, having served clients in North America, UK, Europe, and the Middle East in the fields of investment, sales, energy, manufacturing, the entertainment and media industry, and more. He has been consistently ranked alongside Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, and other legends in the field as one of the top 30 coaching thought leaders in the world, and continues to run a small private practice working with high performers in their fields of expertise. A gifted communicator, Michael has authored six best-selling books including Creating the Impossible, The Inside-Out Revolution, The Space Within, and Supercoach. His books have been translated into more than 25 languages, and his public talks, retreats and seminars have touched and transformed lives at the United Nations and in over 60 countries and on six continents around the world. This week's podcast features a modern-day fairy tale written and recorded by Stephanie Benedetto Padovani, a participant in this year's Emerging Voices mastermind. When she read it out in the group we all had goosebumps, and she very generously took the time to record it so you could all get a chance to enjoy it!

Sep 9, 2019

This week's podcast is an exploration of how the number one enemy of inner peace is our own habit of winding ourselves up about anything and everything.

Sep 1, 2019

In this week's podcast I share an old Sufi story about a village surrounded by a seemingly infinite, impenetrable wall and what happened when they try to find out what's on the other side. (As it happens, it also points to the limitations of spiritual teaching and sharing and why sometimes the only way out is in.)

Aug 26, 2019

This week's podcast explains what Henry Kissinger, Jimmy Connors, and the marriage vows have to do with having a wonderful life. (It makes sense once you listen to it. I think... :-)

Aug 19, 2019

This week's podcast explains how it is that changing the outside world can seem to change our inner world, even though it never really works that way.

Aug 12, 2019

This week's podcast is an exploration of a couple of the key ingredients in turning possibilities into reality. I also talk about a fire worth tending inside ourselves.

Jul 29, 2019

This week's podcast points to the heart of the inside-out understanding and why social media might not be the optimal forum for exploring the deeper nature of reality and the human experience.

Jul 22, 2019

In this week's podcast I share one of the core distinctions that makes exploring the principles behind the inside-out understanding different from pretty much any other transformative conversation I've explored in my 30 plus years of spiritual spelunking.

Jul 15, 2019

In this week's podcast I explore what's really on offer when we dive deep into the principles behind the inside-out understanding.

Jul 8, 2019

In this week's podcast we'll explore going beyond self-concept and discovering who and what we really are.

Jul 1, 2019

For this week's podcast I talk about my fascination with people who either have something to say but difficulty saying it or are brilliant at communicating but still struggling to find something authentically worth communicating about.

Jun 24, 2019

In this week's podcast I share my reflections on the essence of this understanding and a simple experiment to put it to the test in your own life.

Jun 17, 2019

This week's podcast is an exploration of what Agatha Christie and Don Miguel Ruiz have to say about navigating our lives with ease and grace.

Jun 9, 2019

This week's podcast is the story of one of my biggest wake up calls since I began in this conversation. It was the first time that I really saw just how made up my personal reality is, and by proxy how much more possibility there is for the future than I'd ever thought possible.

Jun 2, 2019

How much more peace and quiet would show up in your world if you didn't feel the need to explain, justify, or defend your experience?

May 26, 2019

Then in this week's podcast I take on the same idea but this time emphasizing the common sense nature, or "obviousness" of our behavior given the frameworks we are operating inside of.

May 19, 2019

In this week's podcast I share and expand upon the simple realization that ended my battle with depression and anxiety - the fact that we are all sitting in the middle of mental health, we just don't know it. Our mental health is our spiritual nature; our spiritual nature is our mental health.

May 13, 2019

In this week’s podcast, I share some thoughts on the psychological immune system and what I consider to be the two key indicators of true mental health.

May 6, 2019

In this week’s podcast I share what I’ve been seeing about the relationship between happiness and success and how differently we play the game when we begin with a more helpful end in mind.

Apr 29, 2019

This week’s podcast is an exploration of the most significant thing I discovered about money in researching the mindset of "happy millionaires and billionaires".

Apr 22, 2019

In this week’s podcast, I talk about why behavioral prescriptions like "stop smoking" or "meditate more" rarely move the needle on our behavior, and how easily change can happen when we understand how it actually works.

Apr 15, 2019

This week's podcast is one of my favorites and points to the "always already there" nature of our own thinking. You may not be able to figure out how the trick works, but knowing it's a trick is half the battle won.

Mar 31, 2019

This week's podcast is adapted from a recent blog and explores how the shift from ego driven to spiritually guided is never more than one thought away.
